Things to know
I take on a limited amount of racial equity assessments and trainings. A majority of my portfolio focuses on building capacity within impacted communities or facilitating community-based initiatives.
Racial equity work must be adequately compensated. While there is no cost for initial conversations, there is an expectation that your proposal includes compensation.
My books are typically filled by March for the remainder of the calendar year. I highly suggest reaching out ASAP if you have a project you’d like to collaborate on.
Acceptance of requests to collaborate are dependent on your organization’s readiness to do decolonizing community-based work.
